Dance Fit 50 Plus

A group exercise class which consists of  easy dance routines to great music. Helps improve  balance and co-ordination along with strength conditioning and stretching.

A popular and friendly class, no need to book.

 

Class held every Tuesday morning 10.30 - 11.30 am £3 per session.
